1. What we collect
When you accept a private ROARZO offer, we collect the business contact information you provide (such as name, business email, and company details) and the technical information required to deliver production files. When you complete checkout, PayPlus collects your card and billing details on our behalf; ROARZO does not receive or store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
We use this information to prepare your offer, produce and deliver the creative you approve, provide support, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
3. Payments
Card data is handled by PayPlus under their own terms and privacy policy. A redirect to a success page never proves that a charge has cleared; ROARZO confirms cleared payments by email after verification.
4. Retention
We retain project files and business records for the period required to deliver the engagement and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize them.
5. Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@roarzo.com. Some records may be retained where required by law.
