Refund Policy
The standard one-product orders summary below applies to orders placed today. The historical Romantic Beauty founding package refund policy is kept further down for the customers it was written for.

Standard one-product orders
This is a plain-language summary for information. It is not itself the contract you accept. The exact package, written delivery checklist, delivery window, revision terms and refund terms of your order are shown together on that order’s review page before you pay.
A standard order is paid once, in full and upfront, with 19% tax included inside the displayed total. There is no deposit, balance, subscription or automatic later charge, so there is no partial settlement to unwind.
Cancelling for a full refund
First delivery: all videos are delivered together within 3 business days, counted from the later of your payment being confirmed and your brief being complete.
Revisions: the included brief-aligned revision round is delivered within 2 business days of your consolidated feedback.
A standard order includes one brief-aligned revision round per video. If, after that included correction, we cannot deliver the agreed package against its written checklist, you may cancel the whole package and receive a full refund of what you paid. The refund is for the whole package; a standard order has no per-video partial refund and no partial licence.
Your mandatory legal rights as a consumer or business under applicable law are not affected by this policy.
How to request it
Email hello@roarzo.com from the email address on your order and tell us which order it concerns. Every request is reviewed, and nothing is refunded automatically; when a refund is verified, we confirm it to you by email.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Bank posting times are outside our control.
Refunded work and free demos
A refunded package carries no usage rights: once an order is refunded, its videos must not be used. A free demo video that we promised you is never charged for, so there is nothing to refund for it.
Payment confirmation: a redirect to a success or failure page does not by itself prove or disprove that a charge cleared. ROARZO confirms cleared payments and refunds by email after verification.

This versioned refund policy is for the Romantic Beauty founding package, not a new one-product standard order. A standard order’s own refund and cancellation terms are shown with its exact package and full-upfront price on the order review page before you agree; this founding-package deposit and partial-release language does not apply to that standard order.

1. The risk reversal
If either of the two fifteen-second (15s) masters cannot pass the written acceptance checklist after the included revision, the production deposit is refunded in full, no remaining balance is due, and no commercial license is granted for unreleased or unaccepted work.
2. How the refund is issued
Deposit refunds are issued back to the original PayPlus payment method used at checkout. Bank posting times are outside of our control.
3. What is not refundable
Once a master has been formally accepted against the written checklist and released for use, the corresponding portion of the engagement is delivered and is not refundable. The bonus basket / bundle campaign brief and any advisory materials attached to an accepted engagement are not separately refundable.
4. Payments and confirmation
Card data is handled by PayPlus, and redirects to a success or failure page do not by themselves prove or disprove that a charge cleared. ROARZO confirms cleared payments and refunds by email after verification.
