Refund Policy

1. The risk reversal
If either of the two fifteen-second (15s) masters cannot pass the written acceptance checklist after the included revision, the production deposit is refunded in full, no remaining balance is due, and no commercial license is granted for unreleased or unaccepted work.
2. How the refund is issued
Deposit refunds are issued back to the original PayPlus payment method used at checkout. Bank posting times are outside of our control.
3. What is not refundable
Once a master has been formally accepted against the written checklist and released for use, the corresponding portion of the engagement is delivered and is not refundable. The bonus basket / bundle campaign brief and any advisory materials attached to an accepted engagement are not separately refundable.
4. Payments and confirmation
Card data is handled by PayPlus, and redirects to a success or failure page do not by themselves prove or disprove that a charge cleared. ROARZO confirms cleared payments and refunds by email after verification.
