Terms of Service

This page has two parts. The standard one-product orders summary below describes what you buy today. The historical Romantic Beauty founding package terms are kept further down for the customers they were written for.

Standard one-product orders

This is a plain-language summary for information. It is not itself the contract you accept. The exact accepted order — the named product, the package, the brief, the written delivery checklist, the delivery window, the revision terms, the usage rights and the full price — is shown together on that order’s review page before you pay, and that displayed order is what you agree to.

What a standard order covers

Each standard order is for one named product, and you choose one of:

  • Three (3) creator-style original videos of fifteen seconds (15s) each — USD $147.
  • Three (3) product-ad original videos of twelve seconds (12s) each — USD $147.
  • Both — six (6) originals in total (3 creator-style and 3 product-ad) — USD $237.

Every original is supplied in a vertical 9:16 version and a square 1:1 version. Those formats are versions of the same original, not additional originals.

Payment

A standard order is paid once, in full and upfront, at the price shown. There is no deposit, no later balance, no subscription, no credit wallet and no automatic future charge.

Nineteen percent (19%) tax is included inside the displayed total. It is not added on top of it.

Card data is collected and processed by our payment processor. A redirect to a success page does not by itself confirm that a payment cleared; ROARZO confirms cleared payments by email after verification.

Delivery timing

First delivery: all videos are delivered together within 3 business days, counted from the later of your payment being confirmed and your brief being complete.

Both events are required to start that window: a confirmed payment alone does not start it, and a complete brief alone does not start it. If your brief is incomplete, the window starts when the missing information reaches us.

Revisions: the included brief-aligned revision round is delivered within 2 business days of your consolidated feedback.

Delivery timing is a commitment about when the package is delivered; it is not a guarantee of any commercial or marketing result.

Revisions

A standard order includes one brief-aligned revision round per video. Requests that go beyond the agreed brief are out of scope and can be quoted separately.

Revisions: the included brief-aligned revision round is delivered within 2 business days of your consolidated feedback.

AI-generated content, and no performance guarantee

The videos are AI-generated advertising content produced from the product information and photos in your order. ROARZO guarantees the package described in your accepted order and its written checklist. ROARZO does not guarantee sales, revenue, return on ad spend, engagement, reach or approval by any advertising platform.

Your rights in what you supply

You are responsible for holding all necessary rights, permissions and regulatory approvals for the products, brand assets, trademarks, names, likenesses and claims used in the creative, and for the truthfulness of the product claims you approve. You are the final approver of what is released.

Usage rights

Usage rights attach after the order is paid, the package is accepted and it is released to you, and only to that final released package. The exact usage rights that apply are stated in your order; nothing on this page grants rights beyond what your order states. Unreleased material, rejected material, work-in-progress cuts and watermarked previews are not licensed for public or paid distribution.

If we cannot deliver the package

If, after the included revision round, we cannot deliver the agreed package against its written checklist, you may cancel the whole package for a full refund. Refund handling is described in the refund policy. Your mandatory legal rights as a consumer or business under applicable law are not affected by anything on this page.

Earlier agreements and free demos

Agreements already in place, and any free demo video already promised to you, remain exactly as agreed. Nothing here changes them, and a promised free demo is never charged for.

The versioned terms below describe the Romantic Beauty founding package only. A new one-product standard order has its own exact package, full-upfront price, delivery checklist, revision and refund terms displayed together on that order’s review page before you agree. The founding package’s $597 price, deposit schedule and deliverables do not apply to a new standard order.

1. Who we are

ROARZO is a customer-facing brand operated by VIRTU.AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered postal address at 30 N Gould St, #56834, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. Any reference to “ROARZO”, “we”, or “us” in these terms refers to VIRTU.AI LLC doing business as ROARZO.

2. Scope of the Romantic Beauty founding package

The Romantic Beauty founding package is offered at a total price of USD $597. The package consists of:

  • Two (2) fifteen-second (15s) master videos.
  • Two (2) hook / cutdown edits derived from the masters.
  • Ten (10) channel-ready delivery files across supported aspect ratios.
  • Exactly one (1) consolidated, brief-aligned revision round across the deliverables. Additional revisions are out of scope for the founding package and can be quoted separately.

3. Payment schedule

A deposit of USD $298.50 reserves production and is charged when you complete secure checkout. The remaining USD $298.50 balance is only charged after both fifteen-second masters have passed the written acceptance checklist referenced in the offer.

Card data is collected and processed by PayPlus, our payment processor. A redirect to a success page does not by itself confirm that the payment cleared; final confirmation is issued by ROARZO by email after verification.

4. No performance or sales guarantee

ROARZO guarantees the deliverables listed above and the acceptance checklist. ROARZO does not guarantee any specific return on ad spend, sales, revenue, engagement, reach, watch time, or other commercial outcome. Media performance depends on many factors outside of our control, including product, offer, targeting, budget, market, and platform behavior.

5. Customer responsibilities and rights

You are responsible for holding all necessary rights, permissions, and regulatory approvals for the products, brand assets, trademarks, names, likenesses, and claims used in the creative. You represent that any product claims, ingredient statements, and category representations you approve for use are truthful and comply with the applicable laws and platform policies in the markets where you publish. You are the final approver of what is released.

6. Usage rights and license

Commercial usage rights and any license to publish the deliverables attach only after full payment of the founding package is received and only to the specific deliverables that you have formally accepted and released for use. Unreleased material, rejected material, work-in-progress cuts, and sample watermarked previews are not licensed for public or paid distribution.

7. Refunds

Refund terms are governed by the ROARZO refund policy and are limited to the risk reversal stated there.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
