1. Who we are

ROARZO is a customer-facing brand operated by VIRTU.AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered postal address at 30 N Gould St, #56834, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. Any reference to “ROARZO”, “we”, or “us” in these terms refers to VIRTU.AI LLC doing business as ROARZO.

2. Scope of the Romantic Beauty founding package

The Romantic Beauty founding package is offered at a total price of USD $597. The package consists of:

• Two (2) fifteen-second (15s) master videos.
• Two (2) hook / cutdown edits derived from the masters.
• Ten (10) channel-ready delivery files across supported aspect ratios.
• Exactly one (1) consolidated, brief-aligned revision round across the deliverables. Additional revisions are out of scope for the founding package and can be quoted separately.

3. Payment schedule

A deposit of USD $298.50 reserves production and is charged when you complete secure checkout. The remaining USD $298.50 balance is only charged after both fifteen-second masters have passed the written acceptance checklist referenced in the offer.

Card data is collected and processed by PayPlus, our payment processor. A redirect to a success page does not by itself confirm that the payment cleared; final confirmation is issued by ROARZO by email after verification.

4. No performance or sales guarantee

ROARZO guarantees the deliverables listed above and the acceptance checklist. ROARZO does not guarantee any specific return on ad spend, sales, revenue, engagement, reach, watch time, or other commercial outcome. Media performance depends on many factors outside of our control, including product, offer, targeting, budget, market, and platform behavior.

5. Customer responsibilities and rights

You are responsible for holding all necessary rights, permissions, and regulatory approvals for the products, brand assets, trademarks, names, likenesses, and claims used in the creative. You represent that any product claims, ingredient statements, and category representations you approve for use are truthful and comply with the applicable laws and platform policies in the markets where you publish. You are the final approver of what is released.

6. Usage rights and license

Commercial usage rights and any license to publish the deliverables attach only after full payment of the founding package is received and only to the specific deliverables that you have formally accepted and released for use. Unreleased material, rejected material, work-in-progress cuts, and sample watermarked previews are not licensed for public or paid distribution.

7. Refunds

Refund terms are governed by the ROARZO refund policy and are limited to the risk reversal stated there.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
